Vitamin D and Health

When I was a young tyke my mother would send me outside to play with my friends so I could "get my exercise and Vitamin D." I guess mom knew best.

  1. Being outside in the Sunlight does a lot of good things, including helping keep us mentally healthy. Of course too much sunshine can be a bad thing.
